We just upgraded its ram from 8gb to 16gb Yesterday. We knew that something was wrong with the fan as it slows down then suddenly fast with a loud noise. But we weren't bothered yet to fix it as we were only just upgrading the ram. Before the upgrade everything was fine the laptop boots up normally without any freezing. After the upgrade, we couldn't pass the loading screen without it freezing. The screen freezes with the loading symbol. We need to enter BIOS mode for it it pass through and its really a hassle since most of the times we need to restart the computer for something to work like, formatting the laptop. What should I do?

    Hi @duckeroo
check if there is a pin 📌hole at the bottom of the unit. Put a small pin inside and press and hold the pin for 30sec.  If there is no pin hole then press the power button for 12sec. Remember to remove your charger when you do that.
