So basically this has been happening for a month and the game I play is PUBGM on Gameloop emulator, Now the thing is before I used to get locked 84 fps and it won't drop a single fps but now it just keeps stuttering ever 5-15 seconds and I can't figure out the issue, I've reinstalled windows, Updated all drivers, Followed the windows optimization guide and yet it's still there, Its not the application's issue as far as I know but yeah this started happening when my laptop first thermal throttled but I got it fixed by repasting and cleaning the fans, Now the temperatures are good but yeah the something is wrong and the benchmarks passed by really good marks as well so yeah any possible fixes for this?

if it didn't happen with other pc games then definitely something is wrong with the emulator.
i tried pubg emulator on my acer and it worked out fine.

I tried Valorant and there was tiny stutters like the fps kept going from 60 to 59 every few seconds not that noticeable but it did stutter and made me feel that
