Does anybody know how to fix this? I'll be playing a game and then randomly I just get no internet and then i can't do anything for 10-30 seconds... it still says that im connected to the internet and when i troubleshoot it says no problems are found. I've watched videos and none of the solutions have worked for thus far.

    Hello!!

    @BGPlayz

    As a work around, try Updating your WiFi driver through Device Manager.

    Here’s how to use it:

    1) Press the Windows logo key and R on your keyboard to invoke the Run box.

    2) Type “devmgmt.msc“, then press Enter on your keyboard.

    3) Double click Network adapters. Right click your wireless network adapter, then click Update driver.

    4) Once you click "Update Driver". you may get another Window asking about method to update driver. Select the option "Search Automatically" and that should update driver.

    5) If in case you get a message as Driver is up to date, then try Uninstalling the driver.

    6) To do that, just close the message Window and again right click the Wireless Driver. Then select the option "Uninstall Device".

    NOTE: ONLY CLICK "UNINSTALL" BUTTON. DO NOT MAKE CHECK MARK FOR DELETING DRIVER SOFTWARE.

    7) Once the driver is uninstalled, just reboot your computer. Later connect the computer to Wifi and check its stability.

    Regards,

    BGPlayz are you talking about ethernet or wifi if wifi are you by any chance using anything connected to the bluetooth  if so bare in mind the bluetooth its  shared with the wifi as its built into the same adapter and might create issues when using both at same time also still about wifi make user your adapter its in performance mode in the driver properties and sometimes might also be the router kicking you out because of the high usage (good routers  like fritzboxes draytek and others)  wont do it but some cheap ones used by the isps might do either way i hope u find the issue :)

    Ps: if youre on wifi get yourself on ethernet and see if the same happens (which i would probably doubt it) if not you already know where the issue lies wifi adapter/drivers/router

    Make sure the power saving mode its disabled also you can try to change the wifi settings and even setup the wifi preferred band if nothing of these work might be something with the router kicking you off for excess band data usage check your router settings with admin/root user also you should use ethernet wifi its not reliable neither good for gaming as if you live in an area very populated with wifi routers especially in the same channel range as yours you will get really bad connection and interference even getting a really long ethernet cable like 20/25mt long would be way better that wifi in these conditions or do like me use more routers as repeaters from the main for ex i have a mifi tplink 7350 as 4g router with my fritzbox 7590 connected via wifi to the mifi  (only 2.4ghz supported for this connection) then my main laptop via ethernet to the 7590 also have a 7490 as repeater of the 7590 where my hp-mini 210 its connected via ethernet to create my home network of 12 external 3.5 drives also my wii my shield tv etc.. and all other devices connect via 5ghz either to any of the routers or even directly to the mifi if needed u just need to have good routers to have a good connection as mostly isps will supply you with ***** routers and i still have 2 x fritzboxes 7360 if i need more repeaters but these are only 2.4ghz good luck :)

    I cant say its not as it might be a probablility its a hardware issue or just windows bugged to make sure its not a software bug you could perform a stock recovery clean install delete everything option but make sure to backup whatever you need first if after this the issue persists i would say its hardware related at this point i would send it back to acer to get it diagnosed :)
