So I have a Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-51, this laptop has been with me for about 3 years now and only had this problem after I did a factory reset. I have a 16gb ram, a 1050 ti and an i8-8300H. after the reset, I installed cs and played and have these freezing problems where it can freeze in about a minute or so, so after a few days of frustration, and reinstalling a few drivers from the website, I had a brilliant idea to monitor my cpu and gpu using the predator sense, at first I thought that the cpu was the problem but turns out it might be the gpu. In those moments where the game freezes, the gpu goes idle, 0%. but im not really sure, so Im asking for advices and answers here. EDIT : both CPU and GPU is the problem, sorry its like 11pm here and im pretty tired, anyways as you can see in those times my game freezes my cpu goes to 100% and 0% aswell, it fluctuates. tomorrow I'm gonna do some more testing. well unless you guys already have the answer. and also these stuff happens aswell in other games so might aswell test it on those aswell.

UPDATE : tested it on genshin, and yeah it might be the gpu, it goes to 0% when the freeze happens, and also during these freezes I can alt tab so it was pretty helpful. also the music in game seems to be stopping aswell while playing the game, it happens almost all the time.
