My laptop's suddenly turned pinkish today. I'm running on latest software, so is that a hardware problem?

Model: Aspire E 15 E5-576G

Hope you could find a solution.

Thanks!

We need to determine whether it is a hardware or software issue..    Kindly follow the steps given below:

Turn off the laptop.    Tap f2 while turning on the computer.    It will go to bios.     Stay on the bios for 30 mins.    If the screen is looking good on the bios then it is not a hardware problem.

If it is software issue,  follow the steps given below:

    Try windows x
    go to device manager
    expand display adapter
right click on display driver - uninstall
    Restart the computer

    It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the display adapter from device manager
    Dont restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers
    Install the display driver

I tried the above steps @William_mk2 but nothing worked out! Is that mean my notebook has a hardware problem?

    Hi LavangaDeshanjana,

It looks like hardware issue. Contact acer tech support,

OR book the unit for repair service,

@Easwar I'm from Sri Lanka and there is no technical support for my country. I have to repair my notebook from a local repair shop 😥
Would a internal cleaning workout for this matter? @William_mk2
