Authorized US parts dealer - PH317-53 Laptop out of warranty, needs new fans

My PH317-53 is out of warranty and I need to replace at least the CPU fan (whistling) and would like to replace the GPU (Aeroblade, so unsure if Acer even sells via 3rd party supplier) fan (grinding noise).  Both have been cleaned thoroughly and lubed with high-speed/suitable viscosity machine oil and the problems persist.

Anyone here have a US-based Acer-approved parts supplier I can order from?  Acer support website is directing me to some 3rd party pay-for chat/repair service, when I can just replace the fans myself if I can find a reputable place to purchase from.

These are all the OEM fans for your PH317-53 (the CPU fan is "FAN-R part No: 23.Q5MN4.002") look up the part number for this fan on the web and order them accordingly as there are allot of suppliers for the OEM fans and also for none OEM fans to suite your laptop, you don't need toorder these parts from Acer.

Well, I just received what was advertised as "23.Q5MN4.002" from an Amazon 3rd party seller, and it's not the right fan.  The photos on the listing show the identical information as the fan that came with my laptop (Delta Model NS85C06, label on the fan itself) but the fan the vendor sent is some generic fan with no label, short cable (too short to reach the motherboard connector), and the sticky tape is on the wrong side (so the orientation is clearly meant for left side mount, not right side).

If anyone could share a different retailer/seller/store who actually has both/either of the real
23.Q5MN4.002 and 23.Q5MN4.001 for sale that would be wonderful, I would like to avoid the hassle of buying/returning fake fans from questionable sellers on Amazon :(
