Nitro 5 is not coming out of standby

I have recently purchased Nitro AN517-53. It is all good.

But it is not waking up from standby properly. Once I press a key in the keyboard, it looks like it is coming out of standby, but it is not.

Only keyboard lights turn on. But the screen does not open.

Only way I find it to keep the power button pressed for long time to shut it down.

And, all the works that are open are all gone.

We have another laptop at home and this does not happen. I doubt that it is Windows 10 related.

Any help?

Thank you for your reply. I don't want to change Sleep settings. It should normally come out of Sleep mode as it should be. Doesn't always happen. But, when it happens, keyboard is lit, but screen is off.

We have HP Gaming laptop and using for a couple of months now. It never happened.

What happens when you mouse the cursor is the screen still black ?
