Problem with Realtek Sound and Audio Stereo Mixing ACER helios h300 PH315-53-75NL RTX 2070 max-q

Hello everybody. i'm from brazil.

I would like some help in this case.

H300 with just 3 days I noticed this BUG/defect.

To perform a live on another PC, as support I have a usb capture card.

This capture card is directly connected to the notebook's hdmi output.

The software I use on the other machine is obs, so far so good.

The problem happens when I try to activate in the notebook's sound settings the stereo mixing board and the microphone, both being listened to by any device, I mean any device because regardless of the audio output, the error happens.

I'm pretty sure this is a driver bug that Acer may not have noticed yet.

The problem is that this makes it impossible to use this feature.

Anyone out there been through it?

I've formatted the PC, I've tried 15 versions of previous drivers, I've tried drivers from other manufacturers (but I couldn't install them).

It's a fight...

Hi mterra,

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
3. You will be in setup utility page.
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
