Slow frametime while gaming on an AN515-45

So i bought an AN515-45 With Ryzen 7 5800H and an RTX 3060 6 GB 3 days ago and i haven't upgraded ram to dual channel yet. I tried playing one of my fav game on it, including Hunt Showdown and The Witcher 3. Im getting 70-80 Fps on high in Hunt Showdown (im okay with that). but the problem is, i feel like the monitor is sluggish and very slow, it's like im playing on a 30 hz monitor. i tried checking if the monitor was running at 144 hz and searching for this problem everywhere, maybe its ghosting or the monitor is busted. I tried playing witcher 3, getting 80-90 fps on ultra but action feels sluggish just like in hunt. Is there a problem with my setup or i have to deal with the monitor being "bad" ?

I am considering purchasing the same model. (AN515-45 With Ryzen 7 5800H and an RTX 3060 ) however I cannot find any info on performance for Oculus/Steam VR.
I have an older Nitro 5 and Steam VR performance test tells me "Not Ready" even though the laptop's spec seem to be compatible with VR.
Is it possible for you to load the SteamVR Performance Test and post your results here?0 -
