USB camera not working Acer Iconia One 7, model B1-770

Hello Everyone,

I did get a cheap, noname external USB camera, it is called "Endoscope for Android and PC".

I can not make it work on my tablet.

The tablet is an Acer Iconia One 7, model B1-770, with Android 5.0.1.

The camera works just fine under W10 and Linux, but not on the tablet.

I did try a number of camera SW on the tablet, they connected to the USB camera, the LED lights lit up, but all of them just showed a blank screen.

The tablet supports OTG.

Under W10 I needed to adjust the camera privacy status, is there anything similar on Android?

The tablet is off the net, I downloaded the SW apk-s from a PC.

Forgot to mention, the other requirement for the camera is UVC driver.

From what I gather, that is part of Android 5, though I could be wrong.
