my Acer Nitro AN515-43 cant run any games, and has the lowest userbenchmark score

I have had a lot of problems with this laptop since I bought it, more specifically, its GPU. I am unable to run basic games like Minecraft or CS:GO above 20 fps, and when running WoW:TBC Classic the graphics appear blurry and out of focus when running on the GPU.
I have already done all the things other forums say like:

• make sure its power is 100% and plugged in
• make sure its in high-performance mode
• close startup and background applications
• change nvidia control pannel settings to be high performance
• force games to use the nvidia GPU and not the on-board one
• installed even more RAM into the laptop
