Predator Triton 300 SE Brightness Bug

Hello!

I just got my Predator Triton 300 SE with the 3050TI and I noticed that the brightness down button makes the brightness go up and visa-versa for the brightness up button. Is there any driver update or something I could do to fix that? I'm not sure how I feel about a brand new laptop having such a silly bug. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I had the same problem with my acer predator triton 300, and I had solve the issue by unistalling the monitor driver and let windows install the PnP Genéric driver.

This will activate all the brightness option correctly, even because in my case brightness was stucked as max.

# Try to update the keyboard driver

1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
2. Choose the device manager option.
3. Go with the option keyboard driver.
4. Under the title keyboard driver.

5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title keyboard  driver.
6. Choose "search automatically". 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
