My laptop won't start! Model PH315-51-78NP

Hey guys..
My helios 300 won't start... I've had some boot issues for the past few months but it always seemed to go away if I held the power button for 12 sec and the boot again... But today the laptop just refuses to boot at all, flashing the keyboard lights over and over again before showing the predator logo and repeating the same loop...
I can't even get to the bios page, or any other startup menu.

*sometimes the laptop does turn on and get to the desktop, but restarting again gets me to the same process and it takes a good few minutes before I get lucky and the computer turns on...

I've tried:

soft reset the battery by holding the power key for 1 minute while unplugged

Remove the ram and baterry physically from the motherboard then connecting them back

Hard battery reset by inserting a hairpin into the tiny hole underneath the laptop for 4 seconds, then waiting 10 minutes.

I've tried to start a windows recovery process in one of the lucky times the computer did turn on, but obviously it needs to restart and guess what, it gets stuck on the boot loop again!

Anyone that had this very annoying issue has found any permanent fix to that? Or am I really really lucky that I need to replace the whole motherboard?

Did you plug the battery in properly after removing it? As the symptoms that is in that clip look like a battery problem (battery is not charging) and/or an internal power circuitry chip problem that need diagnosing and fixing by an experienced technician that has all the appropriate  tools.

Because you have done all the basics things the only thing that you could do is either check the DC-IN CABLE 135W cable (Acer part #:50.Q2CN2.002) that its ok and its plug could be faulty and not making a connection with your adaptor and not allowing your battery to charge or it could be your charging adaptor is malfunctioning and not charging your battery or it could be your battery, check the voltage of your adaptor and that its working 100% and/or your batteries voltage that should be 15.2V. Btw, the OEM replaceable batteries for your laptop are either the Simplo AC14B7K 3320 mAh or the LG AC14B8K 3220 mAh.

I'm sorry, the video is a bit cut in the end.
The battery is charged, and I can see it's remaining % when the computer is on (which obviously happens once in a while).
Also the charging led is lit which means as far as I know - the charger is working and the battery is indeed charging.
I believe it to be a motherboard issue... I guess it has to be fixed by an experienced tech 😭

    Hi DoctorBalan,

Are you getting any light indication when charger is connected.

Yes. The lights are on and the computer just won't go past the predator logo. Sometimes won't even get to the logo but just loop while trying to boot. Can't even reach the bios menu.

But I've sent it to the tech so I'm closing this topic. Thanks to all!
