    What are the two 4GB DDR3 laptop modules that you installed. A phone photo of the RAM label might help.

    Sorry. The CT51264BF160BJ module has four high-density memory chips. Many older laptops like the 5733 can only use the CT51264BF160B modules which have eight low-density chips. Did you use the crucial.com scanner on your laptop before you ordered these BJ modules?
