Realtek Console Asking Device Nitro 5 AN515

Hi,
I m owner Acer Nitro 5 AN515 Laptop(windows 10). When I plug in a headphone to jack Realtek Console asking me "Which device did you plug in?". If I dont choose device and click "OK" button headphone not working. Is there a way to auto-detect the headset?

    Hi Balatekie,
    I can not see my headphone from "playback" menu. Menu items didnt change when I plugged in headphone. It is looking like that,

    I suggest you to try resetting the default device as shown in the steps given below and check if the issue persists.

    1. Plug in the Headphones in the machine.

    2. Go to Start and Control Panel.

    3. Select 'Hardware and Sound'.

    4. Click 'Change system sounds'.

    5. Click 'Playback' tab. (It should then show you your headphones in the list).

    6. Select your proper Headphone device from the list, then Click 'Set Default'.

    7. Now unplug your Headphones and select speakers from the list, then Click 'Set Default'.
