I was playing CoD warzone when suddenly something popped-up, I couldn't see what it was but I think its acer optimization tool. Then my screen completely went black and my laptop shutdown. I tried to start it but the power button is not working. But when I try to press any other keys, the keyboard lits up and then it goes to starting screen ( Diagnosing screen) then it shutsdown again and then I hear a tick sound. Please help me guys 
P.S: battery is fully charged and I'm always connected to AC.

Is your laptop under warranty? Try resetting the battery: turn off the laptop, unplug the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds, and leave the laptop off for thirty minutes.If the issue still occurs, try disassembling the laptop and disconnecting the keyboard:Oi!
