Weird pixel display issues XZ342CK

So I bought my 34" 3440x1440 Ultrawide monitor (XZ342CK Pbmiiphx) not to long ago and noticed an issue with a weird pixel pattern with abnormal colors emanating from the bottom of the monitor. I was able to capture a picture of it. It is noticeable on all ports(DP and HDMI) and all refresh rates and even from another computer. I have another monitor ( a 27" 1440p 144hz) that when using the same picture on both screens the pattern does not show up on the other monitor. Should I send this in to be fixed or does anyone know what could be causing this? Any help is appreciated, thank you. It is more noticeable when you zoom in and can see the dots and lines that are different colors on the monitor.

    Hi @D_Madman
    Unplug the computer from the power ,and hold in the power button 20 seconds . Then when we plug it back in, the computer works again.
