Acer Curve ED322QA Monitor goes black or pixelated.

I purchased 2 ED322QA Monitors last year, and over the last 6mths on occasionally one screen goes black or very pixelated that you can't read anything.
I believe it is still under warranty, but I'm struggling to find receipts.

Has anyone else experienced this, would updating drivers fix or should I return to store and try and get a replacement?

    Hi @AnnJonesAC32
check if there is a pin 📌hole at the bottom of the unit. Put a small pin inside and press and hold the pin for 30sec.  If there is no pin hole then press the power button for 12sec. Remember to remove your charger when you do that.

Needless to say, that is for a laptop, not a monitor. Try swapping the cables to see if the issue moves with the cable or not.
