Hello Everybody:
We checked the list of supported devices for acer TPM unlock_tool and found that except for the model PH315-52, all Predator models released in the past three years are included in the list. So we want to figure out why PH315-52 missed the Win 11 upgrade? Thanks!

Sei_Iori i wouldnt worry much about win11 if i were you seems to be just a bunch of mess so i wouldnt recommend upgrading neither installing any beta but its up to you and no your model didnt missed anything all laptops since 2017 and even earlier as far as im aware have tpm built in so no worries there and even those who dont have it theres always a work around  but again i dont recommend it do it at your own risk and if also check your device manager also if your in the ms win insiders and theres no update available you should contact microsoft as they are the ones who decide which devices they allow to upgrade and which they wont and when the rollouts happen because they dont happen at same time depends on the country itself i remember win10  took loads of time to rollout in some countries  good luck :)

Bare in mind the PH317-52 its the same hardware as the 315-52 just 17" variant so if your model its not in that list its because someone forgot to add it (it happens) and again i wouldnt worry there are many models missing from that list including newer ones

Hi, thanks for your information. I' m not a insider of Win 11, just want to try something new. It was frustrating that we found that some older models were included in this list, but this model wasn't. hope the official unlock_tool for this model to be released soon.

@Sei_Iori u need to be in the windows insider program in order to upgrade to win 11 has nothing to do with any unlock tool or download the win 11 beta preview iso  create a install usb drive and clean install it but as always do it at your own risk as it will format everything but anyways you should already know all of what i just mentioned because if you dunno what youre doing at all i suggest you to learn first before you mess up everything and make your device unusable :)

@xapim Hello, of course we know how to revise the registry and flash an iso file of win11 beta to upgrade the os, it is not important.
The main concern is why the model PH315-52 is not in the list? Especially some older models such as PH315-51 are listed.
Up to now, there is no more official information or schedule for planning release device list. Upset

@Sei_Iori im not familiar with that list at all never seen it before but as youre still very upset i suggest you to contact acer support from your own country and raise the issue with them directly also bare in mind we arent acer employees were just normal users like yourself that are here voluntarily on our own free time this support community its mainly user driven acer staff only maintains it etc ... they wont step in unless its really necessary in really complicated issues this is not official acer support only official community where users help each other :)
