I recently purchased the Helios 300 ph315-54 760s and I was wondering if Acer added mux switch or an option to disable Optimus in the new model? There was something about G-Sync on the promotion so I thought they finally added the option to connect the display directly to the Nvidia GPU.

@ForlorNz im not really sure but i think the only way you can have a display connected directly to the dgpu its externally via DP or hdmi and thats about it the internal display will always use the IGPU first and i dont think they would add any options to disable optimus as that could create serious issues/crashes when windows tries to recognize the igpu as thats the one he goes firstly for display but thats just what i think maybe someone else here knows more  also if you havent got any options in the bios for that its because it cant be done either way good luck :)
