Brand New Laptop Not Replaced

I sent a defective, but brand new laptop to Acer for warranty coverage. They lost it. They have yet to replace it. I've been without a laptop for over 3 weeks. I'm a professor who intends on explaining to each one of my 250 students this fall semester why Acer is preventing me from teaching them.

    Sorry. You're posting to an ACER users forum. We're neither ACER employees nor customer service reps so can't intervene on your behalf. All we can suggest is to keep after ACER warranty service if they lost it or the shippers if they lost it.

    Did you sent it to acer repair center or third part repair service.
