Predator Triton 500 Overheating

Hi all! I have a Predator Triton 500 (2019)

Specs:
9th Gen i7-9750H
NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super
64GB 3200Mhz RAM

Anyone knows why my laptop hits 82-90C and would randomly overheat with no load. I just started it up.
Then it would sit at 60C and then fluctuate 58C-90C.

My Fan Speeds on Turbo are:
CPU 4600 RPM
GPU 1 6800 RPM
GPU 2 6800 RPM

It started happening when I repasted the laptop. Maybe I did it wrong? I used Prolimatech PK-3 Nano Aluminum Paste.

I already did the ff:
- Repasted my CPU and GPU
- Did Antivirus, Antimalware Scans
- Formatted my laptop

Any idea what's happening?

Thanks!

@djnoctis most probably bad thermal paste application get it repasted with kryonaut or similar (spread method only a thin layer covering both diodes its enough too much paste its bad same as too less) make sure the fans and exit airflow are properly cleaned optimize your windows properly and undervolt also keep the back lifted 2/3" for a proper airflow  luck :)

Ps: also bare in mind thermal spikes are normal and cant be avoided whats not normal its having high temps all the time should be from 80/85 cpu and 70/75 dgpu depending on the hardware

Is a CPU fan if 4800 normal? I noticed that if I punch Turbo Mode, the fan hits 4800 rpm but on normal auto mode it hits 5200 rpm.xapim said:
