Windows 10 When I close my laptop and reopen it 50% of the time I get a bluescreen "Win32K Power Watchdog Timeo

    Not Dec 2021! Was it Dec 2020 or Dec 2019? Go to this link and download, unzip and install BIOS firmware version number 1.16. Please have battery fully charged and charger plugged in before installing firmware.

    Go to this link and download, unzip and install BIOS firmware version number 1.16. Please have battery fully charged and charger plugged in before installing firmware.

    This is a company laptop and they do not allow admin rights, I will have to submit a ticket to have it installed should have feedback in the next day

    Got it but they do not know and have no time for them.
    For the Dell.link that sounds possible, not sure this is a BIOS thing.  
    Will update the BIOS because it needs to be done then look at Dells solution

  • I suggest you download the driverbooster program so that all drivers are updated. Then let me know if the problem is resolved or not.

    Without admin access, DriverBooster won't be of help, since nothing can be installed. It's really a job for the IT department.
