AN515-45 BIOS does not turn on
I am in the Philippines where I purchased a new AN515-45 from an online vendor. Acer Philippines Acer will not support me since I did not buy from an authorized seller. They say I have to get support from the country of origin. Easier said than done. I tried calling the US support line but since their SN does not match they think my two month old is out of warranty and I am sent to a 3rd party and have no way to find out what my country of origin is. I am guessing that it is China, Hong Kong or Taiwan. No way to speak to a human.
Does anyone know of a phone number or email in English that does not go through an auto warranty check?
I just have a single question about why my new BIOS does not turn on fTPM like it claims.
