My CB315-3H-C2C3 chromebook 315 keyboard is working

My keyboard stopped working yesterday & I restarted my laptop 3times & it still didn’t work & so I factory reset it earlier today thinking that would help but no it didn’t & the only that that’s working is my mouse..so I don’t know what else to do to make my keyboard work. I think it was pointless for me to factory reset it because now I can’t do anything at all.

    You can work around the issue by plugging an external keyboard in, but as Easwar suggests you'll likely either need to swap it out with your vendor (if it's new enough) or contact Acer support for a repair.

    I contacted them and do I have to wait for them to ship me a shipping label or I send it off my self thru UPS or FEDEX?

    Is the acer tech asured that you will receive a shipping label. If yes It is better to use the shipping label or If you ready to pay for shipping you can go with your wish.
