In my Preadtor PH315-53 the fans at max will be 5000 rpm for cpu and 6000 rpm for gpu I suppose they need to go higher.

That's normal for your laptops fan curve :)

A few other people have observed the same:

Some of the 2019 models had higher rpm fans, but it think it just got dropped to manage noise!

Completely normal the gpu always goes a bit higher than the cpu acer sets up the fan curves according to the models and hardware they might not be exactly the same even if the same model with different hardware and only on the 2017/18 models was possible to see the fans stop completely when both temps hit under 40 i can do that on mine if i just run them on max for a few minutes until the temps hit under 40 (depending on the load/usage im having )then switch to auto both fans will completely stop for a few seconds then start again but thats only possible on old models since then the fan curves are higher so they wont stop also bare in mind any real time monitoring software like PS/msi ab and others if not minimized they will be using a good amount of resources so my advice keep them minimized to lower the usage it will still be monitoring in the background for ex PS will use about 30% cpu usage if not minimized also the pssvc.exe if left for days (as its my case 24/7 on non stop) will get to a point its using almost 1.3gb ram (most probably a memory leak same issue as chrome suffers from) all PS processes need to be killed and restarted normal usage its 45mb ram
