I want to buy 2 of this ram to replace my single 8 gb ddr4 2133 mhz but is this compatible with my laptop?

    Should be fine.
    it will just ‘down clock’ to the default speed supported by your laptop as long as there is a profile in the ram to run at 2133mhz.
    To be 100% sure you will need to find out all the JEDEC profile that the RAM can run at. Ask the supplier (Generally they don’t know of the top of their head) or try to find it on Internet.
    Basically,
    Try to buy of a supplier that excepts returns if the RAM doesn’t run at the speed you want. (Ask them before you buy)
