Acer Nitro AN515-45 with Ryzen 7 5800H question about temperatures

I bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45 today with CPU Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3060 GPU and when I opened NitroSense the CPU temperatures were 60-70 degrees. When being idle CPU is still around 60-63 degrees and I tested a game (rome 2) and it got to 91 degrees, is that normal for this model or I should contact the local Acer service? I'm mostly worried about the idle temperatures being around 63 degrees.

Visit nearest acer service center for applying new thermal paste on GPU/CPU Chips.
I know laptop is new but some laptops comes with bad thermal paste

    Hi
i have the i5 model and my temps are 30-40 degrees C on idle . I ran Prime 95 to check the load stability of the system and CPU temps where around 92 -95 degrees C with all 4 cores at 100% for around 2 hours.
Sadly while the CPU was at full power and + 90 degrees C, I cranked up the fan power in Nitro Sence and they did nothing except increase the noise.
I placed my hand over the exhausts and the air coming out was cold!?

Think I might take my laptop to an Acer Center to.

@GAMING6698 Thank you for your answer, I went to the acer service center but they proposed I send it back to the shop I bought it from so I did. They said that they will check for hardware issue and if there is they will send me new one. So I hope they find the issue because I don't think those temperatures are normal. If anyone else have the same model or experienced similar issues please write, thanks.

Hi, I am also using a laptop with the same configuration as you and have the same situation as you. Have you fixed the problem, could you update me on the status of your laptop now?
