Hi, I've been using this for a month already and it happened to be stuck while i'm multi-tasking yesterday at zoom, online shopping, and messenger app. I can't type and use the mouse and even the window key and predator sense isn't working. After 15-25 mins., the blue screen says internal power error. Should I be worried it'll happen again?

  • what is the exact model? example an515-55-58vh. About the INTERNAL POWER ENERGY issue, it could be an issue related to power management (hibernation or sleep), or something related to bios and drivers.

@arren it might happen again or it might even be just a windows bug but keep an eye on it and search the exact error on google also check the events viewer to see what failed and why and get bluescreen viewer to see the log of the bsod will tell u exactly what failed good luck :)

@xapim hi! thankyou, it says in the event viewer that there's a lot of warning and error in administrative events, i don't know what it is all about though, but this was the exact time when it happened.

The warnings are normal the issue its the errors and criticals those are the ones you have to take in consideration also take a look at the bluescreen viewer log to find out exactly what when wrong when the bsod occurred and what youre looking for in the events viewer are most commonly in the windows logs system and applications :)
