Acer Predator Helios 300 Boot issues

I have a Acer Predator Helios 300 that is having issues booting up.
Currently, when I start the laptop up, It automatically displays "Preparing Automatic Repair" and spins for a while. Eventually, it loads into the Windows recovery options. None of the options work how ever. Repair doesn't work.

My next step was to try to perform a Factory reset by utilizing Alt + F10. All I get is a black screen that displays a mouse cursor when I touch the touchpad.

The step after that was to try to perform a fresh Win10 install utilizing a USB. I can see the disk partitions however if I try to format or overwrite anything, it errors out "We couldn't delete the selected partition. error 0x80070017"
When I select the option to locate a new driver I can see all of the current folders and installations on the disk (program files is populated) so it definitely seems like there is an issue with the whole booting process.

When in the BIOS I only see the Windows recovery media and not the actual hard drive.

Attempted to fix utilizing the command line however, I am unable to clean or format as it encountered an error

I am at a loss at what to do. This laptop has not been used that much but is a few years old. Prior to this we had not charged the laptop for a few months. I have left it charging for a while but I seem to be just stuck at this point. Any help or assistance would be great as I'm not sure what to try next.

In the BIOS information page is the unit HDD is showing.

@ViciousTalon i would probably check if the drive is properly connected or even working on another device if the drive its not showing up in the bios that means its not powered or faulty also are we talking about a m.2 or 2.5" hdd also please state the exact model number

Sorry for the delay, I had meant to check this earlier but somehow forgot. In the BIOS information page, it does not show the HDD as a bootable option. The model number is N17C1. I was going to try to open up the laptop and take out the drive but wasn't sure if that was the next move.

What I did try was to reinstall Win10 and it does show the drive there however it doesn't allow me to format nor delete the partition

It does say 256 Flash Memory Solid State which is an m.2 right?

Yes thats the OS m.2 drive so its either the boot partition faulty or the drive itself (which its very rare ssds are very durable but doesnt mean it might not happen) since you have already tried ALT+F10 on boot and its not working either you can try hirens boot usb and check your drive through there to see if youre able to format it or not etc ...

So newest update, the boot media is very slow however, it doesn't allow me to format or delete partitions. When I go to attempt to reformat or delete any partition, It shows Error code: 0x80070057. After that, it says that 'Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The disk may fail soon. If other hard disks are available, install WIndows to another location"

My biggest concern is that the laptop really hasn't been used much. Most of the time the laptop was stored away in a padded backpack for safety and used intermittently etc. This last time I think it has been a few months since the last charge. Do m.2 drives go bad when not having a charge in them for an extended period of time?

ViciousTalon i dont think the m.2 drives go bad that way its a rare case to find a faulty m.2 drive or a normal ssd unless its a manufacturing issue but you may want to test your drive with hirens boot usb (it has many tools available and you can even backup your data when you cant access the drive in any other way or any other drive testing software that might be booted from usb

Ah right. Ok so I definitely drew a blank there and didn't utilize Hiren's boot usb properly. For some reason I was thinking to install a windows ISO. So I used hirens boot usb but I'm not exactly sure what I should be doing or which tools to be using. I have been playing around with it a little bit but if you have a guide of some sort that I can follow, it would be appreciated. Thank you again for your help so far
