Acer Nitro 15 VN7-5916 Laptop - Blue Screen after summer 2021 Windows Updates

Hi,

I am pretty new to the community. Ever since this summer's windows 10 updates I have been experiencing multiple daily blue screens of death. I receive a number of different stop codes including:
-WFP_INVALID_OPERATION
-BUGCODE_NDIS_DRIVER
-SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION - what failed ks.sys
-WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

Everything was working fine up until the July/August 2021 updates. I've updated all of my drivers. I have also tried to uninstall all of the updates (although the laptop keeps trying to reinstall them despite having turned updates off). The one update that I can't seem to uninstall is "Servicing Stack 10.0.19041.1081".

I have an Acer v Nitro 15 laptop (VN7-5916). I swapped out the HDD for a Samsung EVO 860 SSD. Running BIOS version V1.15. Let me know if you need more info.

I would appreciate any help or direction on how to resolve this issue to make my laptop usable again. Thanks in advance!
