Helios 300 GPU not running?

Hi I recently brought a Helios 300 (2020) RTX3060 (NH. QAUEK.004.)

Sometimes after starting up the laptop the GPU on predator sense states idle,
When I run AC Valhalla the GPU fails to go above 35 degrees C with 100% load. When I run the AC Valhalla benchmark I get less than 15fps?
Then if I restart and boot AC Valhalla again its like the GPU comes to life, running at 65 degrees with 95% load giving a steady 60fps in the benchmark.

It feels like the GPU isn't getting up to temp or its running the intel graphics instead of the GPU?

Should I return the laptop? Or is this a common problem with a patch available..

It would be a shame to return as when the GPU runs it works fine.

Try updating your BIOs and Nvidia drivers.

You can also go to the Nvidia Control Panel and designate the game to utilize the Nvidia GPU to ensure that it's the only way the game could run (instead of Intel's).

I also recommend either clearing your hibernation/fast boot cache or disabling fast boot all together.

Keep an eye on RAM available when the game doesn't want to run properly also, if you have a failing RAM stick and your only getting half, then having it quit on startup could be the reason for the drop.

    Hi red sand

Updated bios from 2.0 to 2.0
Updated nvidea driver and turned off fast boot.

I'll see how it goes thanks.
