A question about resetting Aspire 7 A715-42G laptop to factory preset

Last week I purchased an Acer Aspire 7 A715-42G with the following specifications:
Ryzen 5 5500U, AMD Radeon Vega 7 plus Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile GDDR6, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10 Home single language.

I face the following two issues:
Corrupted Recycle Bin on C Drive and I need to reset all permissions across the OS.
I tried to repair both using cmd.exe commands I got on Microsoft Answers but it did not work. They recommended I try "Reset this PC" and that this would definitely fix the issue.

My question regarding this is thus:
If I do "Reset this PC" will it also remove the AMD Radeon software, Nvidia GeForce softwares (control panel and GeForce Experience), and the proprietary Acer software and stuff that came with the laptop? Or will the laptop be reset to the way Acer delivered it to me i.e. with those still intact?

Once you reset the unit it will restore the default app and software.

So... Should I use Acer Recovery software or use Alt+F10 on boot up? If I use the former, should I use the "Reset" or "Refresh" option?
