Anyone found a way to enable XMP on the Acer Predator PO5-615s Desktop

The desktop came with 16gb of RAM (Two sticks of 8gb PC4-3200) which I'm guessing is 3200mhz but it seems to be running at 1200mhz (which is basically 2400mhz). The XMP option is greyed out in the bios so there is no way to enable it that way. Has anyone managed to get XMP enabled on this desktop somehow?

You can't enable XMP unless all the memory on the motherboard supports XMP. Your system supports either 2666 or 3200 JEDEC memory so that is likely what is installed. It should be running at 1600MHz (3200MT/s with the dual channel). Can you see what the part number is on the modules you have installed now?
