my acer aspire a515-56 cannot detect snid and cannot register the product too

i am using serialnumber detection tool and it is showing serial number but SNID is empty.

also i cannot register my product too.

i bought it from acer store.

there are two different serial number sticker

Go to the elevated command prompt. Enter 'wmic bios get serialnumber'. The result is your machine's serial number id (SNID). This should match one of the serial numbers on your sticker. The package box the laptop came in should also have a upc label with the same SNID.

Try to get into BIOS page there you can get the serial.no in the info page.

Yes, that is also the SNID. The Serial Number ID is also called the SNID.
