Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what power button do' in left pane. Try changing all settings to sleep.

What do you mean by this? Did you install the ACER OEM Windows version? Or did you install a Microsoft generic Windows version? The two are not the same.

    (1) What is your full V5 model number? For example V5-591G?

    (2) Why did you change Windows to Microsoft generic version instead of ACER OEM version?

    V5 591G 71LM
    Ram 8 gb
    Cpu i7 6700 hq
    Gpu nvidia 950m

    My Windows has no problem

My system must be installed manually because Windows is based on Dos

And that in my country Acer does not have services because unfortunately we are under sanctions  my contrary iran

I have always installed the same Windows
There is no problem, it has just happened like this, and I am sure it is either a BIOS problem or the hardware problem
