Stylus compatibility with Spin 3 SP314-21-R28W

Hi,

I recently purchased Spin 3 SP314-21-R28W, which does not include Acer Active Stylus. I would like to purchase an active Stylus pen (such as this), so I need to know if this model supports protocols like Wacom Active ES (AES) or Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP).

Hi Tiao04,

Stylus will be attached to the keyboard. You have to push and eject it.

Nope, your model doesn't have the digitizer needed to use an active stylus. You can use any of the pen types with the blunt rubber tip but none of the types with the sharp plastic tip. To use an active stylus you would have had to purchased an SP314-21N model instead.
