SERVICE ISSUE triton 700

Hi,

This is to inform you that my laptop which I bought in August 2020 (SNID-"xxxxxxxxxxx" and S/N-"NHQ2KSI002xxxxxxxxxxxx")also I get 1 year warranty from acer. Laptop's hinges was not working properly then i raise a complaint for it, case id - "xxxxxxxxx" and then acer changed their hinges but still they are not working properly when i ask about hinges issue by acer technician he told me to raise a complaint again. Also in time of changing the hinges my camera was also stop working by the fault of acer technician, then he said -" sir please don’t raise a complaint against me, please raise a complaint of camera as it is not working then company will give you a new part of camera". then again i raise a complaint for camera and the case id is "xxxxxxxxxx". And the day comes when camera's part has arrived but again the technician says-" sir the new camera is also not working we have to send your laptop to meerut". After 15 days when i got my laptop , it's camera is working but its hinges are broken again also its keyboard is not working properly.

I also want to Extend Warranty of my Laptop.

Please find the Invoice and snaps of my laptop and let me know.
