hello I just bought a helios 300 but now the screen does not stop flashing. It was controlled a little when it went down from 144hz to 60hz but now it blinks the same at 2 o'clock, I already pasted it again and adjusted the temperatures, I checked all the controllers and everything is in order, there come times when it calms down but continues to blink in a way more subtle but still noticeable. Verify that it was not Windows because the bios flashes, also the BIOS and nothing that is fixed ... I do not know what else to do

HELP PLSSS

If the computer is blinking or flashing in bios then it is a hardware issue.    If the display is looking good in bios then it is a software issue.

If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.

If it is out of warranty, please contact local store or

Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  Click on  "Repair My Acer" - Request to have your Acer product repaired.   There will be charges for repair.

If it is a software issue try the following the steps..

    Try windows x

    go to device manager
    expand display adapter
right click on display driver - uninstall
    Restart the computer

    It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the display adapter from device manager
    Don’t restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers
    Install the display driver

    ¿Llegaste a encontrar alguna solución?

Check the display edp cable might be a bad cable/connection or worst case the display itself also try an external display to see if the issue would reproduce on the dgpu good luck :)
