Reoccurring loss of Sound Issue - Nitro AN515-55

Hello,

My laptop looses the ability to play sound every other day.  I have to reinstall the Realtek driver in order to get it to work.  It starting happening a few months ago but it was more infrequent than it is now.  Now, it is every other day.  Any suggestions?

    If it is still not working 
    Try windows x 
    Go to device manager - Go to sound video and game controllers  -  expand it 
    Uninstall the sound driver from device manager .    Please uninstall all the items below the sound video and game controllers. 
    Don’t restart the computer. 
    Go to support.acer.com 
    chose your country 
    type snid or chose your model 
    go to drivers 
    Install the sound driver
