Is the brandnew charger of ACER SWIFT 3 has no "ACER" mark?

It depends on which model of Swift 3 you have and which manufacturer they purchased the charger from. Most have the Acer brand on them, but not all. Which Swift 3 do you have? It should be something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx.

    Hi,

I'm resuming this thread because I'm having a problem with the charger I received when I purchased the Swift 3 (code SF314-511-714H).

The connector of the power supply did NOT fit completely into the notebook, and because of this, the device was not charging very well, as it was disconnecting at every movement.

After 3 months of use, the charger no longer works, and I have to purchase a replacement.

What model should I purchase? How can I be guaranteed that the connector will fit the device correctly?

    Thank you

Spec calls for a 65W 19V 1.1X3.0X7.7 adapter. The design also allows charging via the USB-C/TBT port on the left side. The 7.7mm depth of the barrel plug should not quite be fully covered when plugged in all the way, but there should be a slight click you can feel when fully seated. If you go with a charger for the USB-C is should be specced to meet 20V@3.25A or higher to work right. Since you are likely still in warranty after 3 months though, you should be able to have Acer replace the charger for free, though you might have to ship the unit so they can verify it's an issue with the charger and not with the charging port or motherboard.
