touchpad not working Aspire 3 A315-23

It's been few days since I got Aspire 3 A315-23
now my touchpad is missing, I tried checking videos and answers on web.
I tried downloading touchpad drivers but there ain't serial IO driver for my model.
And there's no touchpad option in the bios too. fn+f7 isn't the issue either.
I dunno what should I do now.
This error appeared few hours ago, I was trying to open my laptop but the screen was dark even if the laptop indicated it was opening. I tried holding power key for a while it worked. But, when it opened my touchpad wasn't working anymore

# Try to update the mice and other pointing device driver

1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
2. Choose the device manager option.
3. Go with the option mice and other pointing device driver.
4. Under the title mice and other pointing device driver.
​
5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title mice and other pointing device driver.
6. Choose "search automatically". 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
