Hello guys! This is my first time getting a gaming laptop. Since I'm confused and am using Acer Nitro 5, do you think it's necessary to buy a cooling pad or just a laptop stand? I already bought a laptop stand. Now, I'm thinking if I'll buy a cooling pad. What am I going to do with a gaming laptop; I will be using this for my future work, online business, and I am studying digital art. Please give me more info.

Get a KLIM cyclone or wind off amazon. There the best IMO. Strong enough to keep temps from rising and also get 3-4 C off temps from my experience.
It elevates the laptop enough and provides breathable environment, so no need for a stand.
Also if your componets are high end aka i7 and 3070 + you may need to undervolt or underclock.
last, download HW INFO 64 as a monitoring app. is pretty great app with all the info/values for your rig
Please Click Yes if Ive answered your question.
    Current: Custom Desktop Build (5800X, 16GB, 3070ti)
    Previous: Aspire 5 A515 44 R8RH
    (R5 4500u, 8GB, AMD Radeon Vega 6 iGPU)
    Previous: Nitro 5 AN515 55 (i7,16GB,1650ti)
    Thanks SilvaGi!
