    Which model Chromebook Spin 11 do you have @MKWeng? I believe it will be something like CP1xx-xxx-xxxx. Are you still in warranty?

    Thanks for the model number. The CP311-1HN has the touchscreen and display bonded together into one part, so your symptoms point to a bad display assembly or screen damage. If there is no indication it's been dropped then now is the time to contact Acer support for a warranty repair. If you have physical damage to the screen or bezel they may decide you've done the damage yourself, but otherwise they should cover it as long as you are within warranty.
