How much power does my Swift 3 SF314-59 actually use for "normal" everyday use?

I have an Swift 3 SF314-59 (Part Number: NX.A5UEK.002)

So I am sitting at home, brightness, volume, processor turned up to the max, playing a game with maximum graphics settings, watching a YouTube video picture-in-picture with the Bluetooth headphones on and downloading something. The 65w charger (the one that came with the laptop and has the little round plug on it) can cope with all that, charge the battery and make the laptop generate a lot of excess heat.

But what about doing something more everyday, checking emails, browsing, watching a downloaded movie.

How well would a 35w PD charger plugged into the Thunderbolt 4 port do?

I understand that if the laptop is off it will take maybe twice as long to charge but what about under normal use, is 35w enough to at least stop the battery discharging?

I am thinking of the situations where you may be at an airport for example, be sitting at a seat that has a power socket and needing to keep the laptop charged so you can switch it on for any security reasons when needed and also do those sort of normal things.
