Battery problem : ph317-53

So I have the Helios 300 (2019) and during a game session the battery suddenly stopped charging.
I've tried a ton of different outlets but it still won't let me charge.

I tried charging it with an Acer aspire vx15 charger that I have and it suddenly it starts charging again...BUT!

As soon as I try to start anything for example : After effects, CSGO, Photoshop etc. It stops charging.
I can unplug the charger from the outlet and plug it in again and it starts charging again for a bit and then it stops.

I've never had any issues with the machine before so I'm a bit worried.

All help is truly appreciated!

Check the voltage of the old charger vs new charger. VX15 charger might has lower wattage than the original Helios 300 so it couldn't supply enough power to charge both battery and the laptop.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

    Hi Starzinger,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.
