Hello guys, this is my first question in this site.

As my warranty ended and my laptop was overheating, I took my helios 300 (PH315-52 RTX 2060) to a local store to clean and repaste.

But sadly they returned it with the wrong adapter (ACER T5000 135W Adaptador AC PA-1131-16 19V 7.1A).
My original adapter is 19.5V 9.23A.

I didn't notice it until I had tried to play some games, the adapter would immediately turn off after the GPU tried to run.

Then I got my original adapter and played as usual last Saturday.

Sadly, the next day after playing for about two hours, I've got BSOD with video tdr error. The temperatures on average were CPU 78ºC and GPU 70ºC.

Now the GPU isn't working and windows shows the terrifying error 43. :anguished:

I took the laptop back to the store, but they insisted that the adapter could not have caused any damage.
