Has anyone found the actual fix to the screen not waking from sleep? I have completely turned off all options to stop it from going to sleep but this is not a fix. I need to be able to put my computer to sleep and have everything wake up when I need to use it.
Model : N20CS
Bios : insyde Corp. V1.08 1/22/2021

The problem just started about a month ago with the last windows update.

Yes, errant updates have been messing up the power plans and power button apps on many different laptops.  Unless you turn on SystemProtection so you can create a restore point and temporarily block the errant updates, your only options are workarounds not fixes like you describe. Arguably the biggest power drain is the display so you could set the idle timer to shut of the display but never put the system to sleep in idle mode. Not too much power difference between the cpu idling and sleeping with the display off. Same for the power button app. Just turn the display off not sleep when pressing the power button. Change lid setting to do nothing instead of sleep since the hall lid position sensor automatically shuts the display off but leaves the rest of the system in a low power idling state.

    Hi Pupp7877,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.
