Helios 300 ‎PH315-51-78NP wont start, no lights

hi, my helios 300 turned off while i was using it... and it never came back. no power indicator light, no keyboard lights when i press the power button.
i tried disconnecting ram/hd, pressing the reset button, holding down the power button and tightening all the screws. it did not work.
checking other similar messages, it is mentioned that it is possible that the interlock button is not pressed, but when I look for it, I just can't find it.
I checked the charger voltage and it is ok, but when testing on the motherboard, no power is detected (although I do not know if I am testing it correctly, the negative in a neutral zone and the positive in the connectors where the charger cable reaches the motherboard).

is there any other solution? or is it the motherboard that is no longer working? (i bought it in the usa, but i am no longer there, so i can't send it to service).

image of the location of the button that does not exist. i saw in some disassembly videos that it is not there either, maybe the PH315-51-78NP (2018) version did not have it or it is hidden somewhere else? i noticed that SW2 and SW1 do not have any button/switch, only SW3 (reset) has a button.

First, try to take the battery out and see if its not swollen and/or faulty and if its plug is making a good connection? Then put the battery back after at least 5-10min and check if it resets? As charging related issues are complex and could be related to internal components that have either shorted out, burned out or malfunctioned and it needs to be diagnosed by an experienced technician that has all the tools and can do micro soldering and replace parts. Remember that not all power related issues are fixed by a battery reset, battery replacement or charger adaptor issues.

rcgkcl worst case scenario might be a dead mobo only way to find out exactly its to take it to a repair shop to get it tested as it was said sometimes its juts replacing one of the small transistors/power breakers or similar names they give it in different countries can only be done by a professional who knows exactly what they are doing also as its a 2018 model its way out of warranty by now and a donor mobo would cost more than a new laptop so i dont recommend it either way good luck :)
