F2 doesn't work to boot into BIOS

So. a week ago i installed Manjaro Linux on my pc. Everything went fine. but i noticed that i couldn't boot into BIOS, it would just show a black screen with an underscore, my system would still boot but i couldnt access the bios. the thing is, when i typed "systemctl reboot --firmware-setup" into my linux terminal (this command reboots your computer into BIOS), it worked just fine, I was in the BIOS and it worked completely fine. So how would I fix this issue? My bios works but F2 doesn't work.

Turn off fast boot in BIOS and fast startup in Win, if that doesn`t help delete as root grubx64.efi form /boot/EFI  and rebuild grub.
